Your Dallas, TX catastrophic injury attorneys at Crain Brogdon LLP represent injured individuals in a variety of personal injury claims, and while it may be the heart of what they do, they make the extra effort by staying involved in the community and sharing their depth of knowledge as well. In this week’s community blog, our team discusses our most recent community involvement efforts, including Quentin Brogdon’s interview and special guest feature on the Art of Adjusting podcast.
Brogdon Interviewed on Podcast
When you hire an experienced personal injury attorney, one area that they can assist in is negotiating with insurance adjusters on your behalf. Our very own Quentin Brogdon got to speak further to this during his time on the podcast The Art of Adjusting, providing an alternate viewpoint or perspective that adjusters may not be used to seeing and hearing. Brogdon started out doing insurance defense work before personal injury work, and his previous experience and current experience representing the injured provide excellent insight into the matter.
During the episode, Brogdon and podcast host and interviewer Chantal Roberts discussed mediations, the role of defense counsel, and the critical need for adjusters to act both professionally and ethically. Throughout the podcast, Brogdon emphasizes the importance of treating third-party claimants with the same respect as policyholders, and highlights how a macro approach to claims can lead to better outcomes for insurance companies overall. Further, Brogdon shared about the importance of looking at things through the eyes of the potential jurors, which Roberts seconded and shared that she was not sure the insurers train claims adjusters for that kind of thinking anymore.
